It birthday time on this week’s episode of Haati GrassRoots Rugby! Feilding Rugby Club celebrates 140 years.

We visited the Dargaville Rugby Club in the North who were celebrating their 125th birthday.  We went to Wharema in the Wairarapa to watch East Coast against Gladstone playing for the Paku Cup and the Nunn Shield.  

This week Te Puna went to Matakana Island for an historical match against Whakarewarewa. The first hit out of the season for North Harbour 1st XV rugby where Rangitoto College challenged Westlake Boys for the Woodhouse Shield.

This week we head South! We're off to Wanaka where Upper Clutha take on Cromwell. In Loburn, we see Ashley against Ohoka, and visit the 1958 Kowai team Reunion. It's the end of the first round of rugby in Timaru, unbeaten Waimate challenge defending

We are Hamilton for a top of the table clash between Hamilton Old Boys and Hautapu in pretty foul weather.  We go to Napier to check out Maraenui, a proud whanau club, when they take on Porangahau.

We bring you all the action as the premiers take on Kumeu and the Massey Maulers. We're out to Pongaroa for a muddy encounter between Puketoi and Greytown. In North Otago, Presidents Rugby teams Union vs Kurow. Lastly we head to Geraldine.
