While at Waitangi the kids meet the Harmonic Resonators, who were so impressed with the kids’ singing. When you strive to give your tamariki every opportunity, it can take its toll – balance and rest is a huge learning curve for the whānau.

Whakaata Māori inspires the whānau who are planning a whare tapere of their own. We end the series with a ‘pure’ on their maunga, where Jaz tells us how Kuikui thanked her for making the little girl inside feel safe, for the first time in her life.
