Episode 1

Meet Mr Touch - Peter Walters, the most famous touch player in the world. Peter has dedicated over four decades to the game of touch. We reflect on his incredible career: what drives him, what makes him tick, and why he loves the sport so deeply.

Episode 2

Where did Touch find its beginnings in Aotearoa, and how has it grown since? What challenges stand in its way, and what opportunities lie ahead? At the grassroots, we uncover the passion and vision driving the sport forward.

Episode 3

Wāhine Touch teams Playin Up and Bulletz are shaping this generation of female players, meeting some of the trailblazers who paved the way. We also introduce the McIntyre whānau, with three generations proudly involved in the Touch Blacks system.

Episode 4

Mita Graham is a true battler who has been a cornerstone of the New Zealand Touch Black Men’s team since his early 20s. For much of that time, he has worn the captain’s armband, leading the side with pride and determination.

Episode 5

The Māori Touch tournament is a favourite for many athletes across the motu. We follow two squads as they prepare and discover that the experience is about much more than winning. For many, it is a chance to reconnect with their Māori identity.

Episode 6

Touch has been the starting point for countless athletes who went on to shine in other sports. From Richie Mo'unga to Jenny-May Clarkson, Stacey Waaka, Tyla King and many more, a whole cast of former players share their journeys.
